Westmoreland, and West Virginia, including the following areas,
Brooke, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Ridges of Eastern
Monongalia and Northwestern Preston and Wetzel.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Periods of heavy rainfall are expected as a west-east band of
thunderstorms is expected into the evening hours. Widespread
rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected, with localized higher
amounts around 3 inches.
