Flood Warning issued August 20 at 5:05PM EDT until August 20 at 5:15PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

The Flood Warning will expire at 515 PM EDT this afternoon for portions of southwest and west central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in southwest Pennsylvania, Westmoreland. In west central Pennsylvania, Armstrong, Indiana and Jefferson PA. The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
