We are thrilled to invite you to be a judge for "The Amazing Shake," a high-energy competition designed to teach 7th and 8th graders the nuances of professional interaction, from the perfect handshake to thinking on their feet.
We need business leaders like you to put these students to the test. Whether you have a free morning, an afternoon, or a lunch hour, we have a spot for you.
Round 1: The Amazing Shake (morning, 3/19)
All 7th and 8th grade students will participate\; 30 judges needed
Judges will be subdivided into three groups. Each judge group will meet with roughly a third of the students, in groups of 20-25. Students will have 20 minutes to "work the room", introducing themselves to each of the judges. You will provide instant feedback to each student, giving them a score from 1 20 on their individual score card. A rubric will be provided.
