The Eastern Westmoreland Career & Technology Center (EWCTC), located in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, serves high school students from the Derry Area, Greater Latrobe, and Ligonier Valley School Districts. Each year, approximately 500 students in grades 10 through 12 attend EWCTC on a part-time basis.
EWCTC offers 15 programs across six career pathways, including Arts & Communications, Automotive, Construction, Engineering & Manufacturing, Health & Human Services, and Information Technology. These programs blend academic theory with practical application, aiming to provide students with industry-recognized certifications and prepare them for both employment and higher education.
